Our unique positioning has allowed us to unmoor ourselves from traditional lending boxes and venture into alternative asset types and custom structures all while maintaining an average 58% LTV and underwriting to a typical 1.40 DSCR. KDM identified the Middle-MoneyTM market as an under-served population of high-quality properties with few lenders competing in a fractured marketplace. This market has exploded for us, delivering stable cash flow, excess risk-adjusted returns, and not a single dollar of loss to investors to date. KDM’s products include our Mortgage Secured Notes (MSNs), loan participations, direct investments, and bespoke programs for our investors.
